Objectives:
The holder of the "CAP Equipier Polyvalent du Commerce" will be able:
- to carry out his/her organisational, advisory and sales activities in a multi-channel environment within commercial units distributing products or services.
- to exercise his/her responsibilities in compliance with health and safety rules and within the dynamic desired by the company.
- to ensure the efficient receipt and follow-up of orders and parcels.
- to oversee and contribute to the supply and enhancement of the commercial unit.
- to meet customers' expectations, welcoming them, informing them, advising them and supporting them throughout their purchasing journey, whatever the communication channel used.

Receiving and tracking orders :
Participating in placing supplier orders - Receiving - Stocking - Preparing orders for customers
Developing and supplying :
Provisioning, shelving and tidying according to the nature of the products - Highlighting the products and the sales area - Taking part in product packaging operations - Installing and updating signage - Combating shrinkage and taking part in inventory operations
Advising and supporting customers during their purchasing journey :
Preparing the working environment - Making contact with the customer - Supporting the customer journey in an omnichannel context - Finalising customer care - Receiving routine complaints

Applying a method for analysing a situation in professional or everyday life and documentation - Relating a physiological phenomenon, an environmental issue, a regulatory provision, with a preventive measure - Propose a solution to resolve a problem related to health, the environment or consumption and argue for it - Communicate in writing and orally using clear syntax and appropriate technical vocabulary - Act when faced with an emergency situation.

History-geography-moral and civic education: Master and use chronological and spatial reference points: memorise and appropriate concepts, find one's bearings, contextualise (HG) -Appropriate historical and geographical approaches: construct and express a coherent, supported argument based on the benchmarks and concepts in the syllabus (EMC) - Construct their judgement (EMC) - Make the principles and values of the Republic their own (HG-EMC)
Mathematics and physics-chemistry : Search for, extract and organise information - Carry out a method of resolution or an operating protocol, respecting safety rules - Experiment, use a simulation - Criticise a result, argue: check a hypothesis, carry out logical reasoning - Report on it.
Living foreign language: Understanding oral language - Understanding a written document - Expressing oneself in writing - Expressing oneself orally continuously - Interacting orally
